Plastic Surgeon Dr. Mehmet Serol İnceoğlu, graduated from Ankara Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1985. He then worked as a general practitioner in Mardin and Balıkesir for 2 years. Between 1988 and 1995, he completed his specialization in Plastic Surgery at Hacettepe University and Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Gazi University which one of the leading medical faculties of Turkey. He conducted scientific research in Plastic and Microsurgery for one year at the University of Utah in the USA and for six months at Cornell University in New York. Op. Dr. İnceoğlu has been working as a Plastic Surgeon in both hospitals and his private clinic since 1995.
